Our friendly team are on hand 7 days a week through the summer to assist you and make sure your boating experience is smooth and stress free.

Sam: Manager, Mixtow Marine & Penmarlam Boat Park

Francis: Engineer

Fran has been taking things apart and re assembling them since he was a youngster - a fascination that has turned him into a skilled problem solver and engineer. He handles all customer engine servicing, diagnostics and repairs, as well as maintaining the Harbour Patrol boats and being our go-to tractor driver.

Will: Marine Operative

Will has a multi-role position in Penmarlam - from running the Chandlery and manning the phones to boat husbandry, tractor driving and boat handling, he’ll put his hand to whatever is needed. He is also one of the duty boatmen for the harbour Pilot Vessels Gribbin and Gallant. Be sure to give him a wave if you see him out on the water!

Andy: Boatpark Attendant

Andy joined the team in Spring of 2024 to assist with the summer season and loved it so much he stayed! Based in the Boatpark Office, adjacent to the slipway, he’s always on hand to greet our customers and assist however he can. A qualified yacht surveyor and experienced yachtsman, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.
